Questions about QMSpace and working with GessNet
Straight answers about the platform, implementation, validation, consulting, and working with GessNet.
Platform
QMSpace is a configurable digital platform for structuring and managing relationships among product knowledge, requirements, risks, controls, evidence, workflows, lifecycle decisions, and quality systems. The exact functions used depend on the customer’s scope, configuration, deployment, and licensed capabilities.
QMSpace can work alongside established systems. The target architecture should be based on the information, workflows, source-of-truth responsibilities, integrations, and gaps in the customer’s current environment rather than an assumption that every existing system must be replaced.
Implementation begins with a defined information model, product-development logic, and configurable work-item structures. GessNet can also support templates, digital libraries, and product-class accelerators when those assets are available and appropriate to the customer.
QMSpace is intended to distinguish reusable platform knowledge from product-, customer-, configuration-, market-, and site-specific information. The implementation model should define inheritance, applicability, exceptions, ownership, and change impact.
TurboAC is a specialized tool for risk-management and safety-assurance work. QMSpace has a broader scope across connected product knowledge, development workflows, requirements, risk, evidence, reusable libraries, product platforms, and lifecycle management.
No. Mingra is a separate intelligence application. Mingra focuses on understanding relevant external knowledge and sources; QMSpace focuses on applying and governing knowledge within an organization’s product-development and lifecycle processes.
Implementation and validation
GessNet supports both cloud-hosted and customer-managed or on-premises implementations. The available architecture, responsibilities, technical prerequisites, security controls, and release process can be confirmed at each engagement.
GessNet provides full validation package supporting the delivered QMSpace platform and release. The customer can leverage GessNet validation package and implementation support staff to minimize its own validation efforts.
Consulting and working with GessNet
Yes. Consulting can be scoped as advisory support, a defined project, embedded execution, or another agreed model. QMSpace is recommended only when a digital environment materially supports the client’s objectives.
A combined engagement can include configuration, implementation, first-project execution, digital-library development, training, governance, and knowledge transfer. Responsibilities and deliverables should be defined in the applicable proposal or statement of work.
No. Regulatory decisions are made by the applicable authority, and outcomes depend on the product, evidence, submission, sponsor decisions, and review context. GessNet can support strategy, execution, evidence organization, and readiness but should not guarantee an agency outcome.
The demonstration request collects the organization type, product or development context, area of interest, and current challenge. GessNet can then focus the discussion on relevant workflows and relationships rather than provide a generic feature tour.
Have a question specific to your product or organization?
Provide the product context, development stage, existing systems, and the decision you are trying to make. GessNet will route the inquiry to the appropriate person.
